Halloween 2022

Hey there Cryptid Farmers!

Just letting you know that the pumpkin submissions are currently underway! If you'd like a chance to feature some of your own art in the game, now's the time to take the pumpkin templates and carve (draw) your own design. Even if you're nervous about your art, I'm accepting art of any level, so don't be shy!

Here's the templates and my original designs, have fun! I'll be accepting pumpkin submissions in the Cryptid Farm discord server, but also feel free to DM them straight to me. You can also send them to cryptidfarm@gmail.com.

Soon, I'll be updating the available game to have the Halloween sprites in the shop again as well as adding the new pumpkin designs.

As for development progress, it's still ticking along slowly. I'm at a bit of a busy point in my life these days, but I'm still excited to bring this game together and get it out to the world. I may need to get some players to playtest the latest version soon, so keep an eye out in the cryptid farm discord just in case! If all goes to plan there may even be a final, extra cryptid that I have yet to tease... but you'll all learn more about that as time goes on. It's a cryptid fan-favourite for sure. After that, I imagine the game will have a very complete feeling to it!
