Server browser + Private servers

This is a new update that introduces the server browser!

Using it, you can create new servers and browse between the available ones. Private servers will not be seen on the server browser and cannot be joined via the Quickplay button on the main menu. However, they can be joined directly if the host tells you the room name.

Hopefully this will be a nice addition for players so that they can play specifically with their friends if they want to!
